Had a misfiring cylinder and took it in. They told me that they'd get to it the next day and gave me a free loaner car in the meantime! They called me about an hour and a half later and said that they had found the problem early and that they were able to fix it for me quick and easy Pete and mechanics were great!

Very honest and helpful. Gave me a detail print out of everything that needed work on my very high mile buick LaCrosse. Then gave me his opinion on what needed done soon, what I could wait, and since the car has high miles anyways what I might not be worth fixing. He also gave me recommendations on the most economical way to have some of the repairs done and even suggested a few other shops in the area to address some of the issues in an effort to help save me some money. Highly recommend them. Also allowed me to drop my car off after business hours and let me use a loaner till the next afternoon so that I wouldn't have to take off work early for him to look at it.

My 90 year old mother brought her car to this location for sevice on a window and air conditioning. She was told by Pete the manager it could be 1 1/2 hours or so which she said was fine as she brought a book. Less than 40 minutes later he comes back with a bill of almost $400, $250 of which was labor!!! No estimates were given except for the window repair of $100 that was given over the phone. I called Pete today after hearing from my mom who was very upset. He was defensive and kept saying "what do you want me to do"? Insisting that he'd given my mom an estimate and she was in a hurry, not true on both counts. Senior citizens, beware. BTW, the AC only required charging for which she paid $80 per liter. $254.00 LABOR, GIVE ME A BREAK!

Update: After filing several complaints with Yelp, Google, AAA and the BBB. This issue is still unresolved. Chris who represented himself as the owner is accually the manager and posted a responce on Google where they have over "600 5 star reviews", imagine that!! He listed a phone # which was just another # for the shop and Pete answered, of course Chris was not in. To say this place is "shady" is an understatement.

In responce to Chris: She had an appointment and was told it would possibly be 1 1/2 hours, she brought a book. She was charged $254.00 for less than 40 minutes labor. You have no defence.

Recently had a few things done on both of our cars. Pete was the best! As a woman you always feel like mechanics are going to take advantage of you. That is not the case at All Pro! No one likes car maintenance, but Pete and his team make it a pleasant experience. I'm a jeeper and I love that Pete is too. He is a wealth of information so when I stopped in for my oil change, I asked his opinion on rims and tires because I'd been running my stocks and needed to upgrade before winter. The next day, I found what I thought was a great deal, so I called Pete to make sure I was making the right decision. He took a look at the pics and told me that the deal was too good to pass. Since I only have my jeep, he offered to help me get the new set after work (last night). Today, I have beautiful new tires and rims... and at a fraction of the cost.

Pete is so helpful and kind. He was able to get me in same day, and have my car fixed in an hour and a half. I had my splash guard fixed and both of my headlights replaced for under 55 dollars. You cannot beat that, especially considering I was quoted over 200 dollars at another shop for headlights alone! Great service, great people and great prices. This business was absolutely fantastic. Pete Brown in the front was incredibly welcoming and lovely to talk to. I got in and out in less than 30 minutes all at a reasonable cost. The best part though is how up front they were about my car. I've had other auto places try to scam me for repairs that my car didn't need at an inflated cost. This center, however, didn't try any of that scummy behavior which I really appreciated. I'll be coming back here for all of my auto care needs in the future.

In how the world is today, it is great to still have businesses that is trustworthy! You can tell them what you think is wrong which they listen but they also go the extra step in doing their own diagnostic testing to ensure there aren’t any other issues going on which I can appreciate. They will call you before any repairs are made and discuss what the cost will be and any additional things they found wrong. It’s a family run business which I can appreciate. Pete is who you will talk to. He is very friendly and honest. First time customer they give you a discount which I wasn’t aware of until it was time for me to pay. Their price point is very reasonable. Quick about getting your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. Will continue to use them for all of our car repairs because of their honesty and prices. As a woman I have been to other places where they have tried to price gauge because me being a woman, and they talked to me like I had no clue in the world about vehicles. But here they appreciate your business and treated me with respect! If you want a fair priced vehicle repair and a business who is honest I would go to ALL PRO SERVICE CENTER!

Awesome team at this location. I brought my truck in for a brake inspection and to have a different exhaust installed and received really great service. They called me and informed me that my brake pads had about 40% life left and it was unnecessary to replace them now. I definitely appreciated the honesty as well as explanations of how the parts wear and when I should be concerned. Also brought my girlfriend's SUV to them to do the engine belts, which they also did a great job on and charged considerably less than the dealer and with better service.

They take the time to make sure you understand the work being done and actually explain how things work and why something is happening. I dropped my truck off at 9 AM and they had it inspected, exhaust installed, and gave me a call letting me know everything in about 2 hours. Will definitely be going back for any and all vehicle maintenance.

Came to the having transmission issues, they checked it out and found another issue, they were honest and up front with me even talked to me about the estimated cost, gave them the green light to fix what needed to be fixed and got it done with in the same week. They were very professional, friendly, honest. Also had them do the oil change while it was there. I have used the West Des Moines shop for 20 years for all my cars’ needs. They are the best! Today I was concerned about a noise I was hearing. Ken told me to come right over, then Chris went with me for a drive to listen and troubleshoot. Chris then took my car in the shop, checked it over, and did a minor adjustment. I had the best experience at this car service shop that I have ever had! Chris helped me not only understand what was wrong with my car’s windshield wiper but explained, and physically showed me, in a way that I was totally able to understand. Then, because I’m a newer car owner, I asked him for some advice on maintenance and he kindly and knowledgeably answered all my questions. If you’re looking for a service center with a kind and welcoming and knowledgeable staff this is definitely the place to go!

Hello,
Had my vehicle check buy them charged me $100 To see what is going on, however the give me the estimate for almost $700 with just one heat pump and that heat pump is actually working perfectly fine and it is just plugged in with two clips only I was able to pull that out and check it manually I am not sure that I have they said that this is the issue on my vehicle. Anyway the parts that they are buying is from NAPA and he give me the price for that Part $264 where I was able to find that exact item from Mercedes for $49.98 from amazon.com so once he called me he said “part is here” and I brought up the part price with him I told him like this just does not sound fair he was just trying to take me off from the phone I was saying like we cannot really guarantee anything that has been purchased from anyone else even that I tried to explain to him that it was originally coming from Mercedes-Benz with the seals on means a brand new item how is that working but he just try to give up the conversation.
I do not recommend this place for anyone neither I would go there again.

This is the only shop I like coming to for repairs. Friendly and welcoming and no BS. Came in this week and got simple tire repair, oil change, and some diagnostics done. My engine sounded perfectly fine leading up to the visit. A day later check engine light comes on and vehicle sounds a little off so I figured I’ll give them a call. $130 dollars to check what’s going on when I was just there and my car sounded great before the visit. Will continue to go here cause it’s been a better experience than anywhere else I have gone but that’s just ridiculous…

We were in town visiting our family and our AC stopped working. We visited another auto repair location and they said they could recharge it but it probably wouldn't do anything because it wasn't broken. I wasn't satisfied with that answer because I am not imaging the fact that the AC doesn't work when you turn it on. I called All Pro because they had great reviews and I spoke to Pete. He was very polite on the phone and said I could drop it off with him and he could have it looked at the same day. His team expelled, filtered and refilled the system and it worked perfect as the system was very low on refrigerant. Anyway, we will be heading back to Colorado with working AC thanks to these guys!. I had a critical issue with my vehicle after just having it serviced at a dealership and needed to have someone locally take a look and hopefully resolve the problem immediately. All Pro did just that! I called and was told to come over immediately and they would check out the problem. James did what the dealership did not do, fixed the problem and had me back on the street in 30 minutes, much to my great relief. I am impressed with Pete and his genuine concern form safety.
