I have a 2006 Nissan Titan that decided not to have heat at the coldest time of the year! Ryan and his team had to search and search for parts to fix it and get it working great again! Chris was subbing for Ryan, the manager, this week. On Monday afternoon I took our 2009 Focus in because of noise in the front. Chris said I could leave the vehicle with them, and the next day it would be checked. He seemed to know what the problem was, tested, and found out he was correct. An exact estimate was given, the part would not be available until the next day, and by noon, the car was finished, with no noise. They are the best!

Tyler, Brandon, and the whole crew are lifesavers! We were in town for the week to vend at the Goodguys Rod & Custom show. While traveling up from Arkansas, our Ram pickup started missing. I called them on Wednesday and Tyler said to bring it in. After loading and parking our trailer at the venue on Thursday, I brought my truck to them that afternoon. They fit us in, diagnosed and fixed the problem, all in about 3 hours. Tyler showed me exactly was was causing the miss and charged me a fair price. Because we still had about 10 days left on the road, a big load was lifted off my mind! These guys are great!

Excellent shop. Prompt service, no pushing of unnecessary work, and reasonably priced. I brought in my car for 100k mile service and they did everything and found a few other fixes that needed to be done (that I was aware of) all in about 3 days. Very happy with the outcome and they were a million times better than the dealership. If you're dealing with a difficult dealership for your service, these guys are better and can do nearly all the same stuff. Highly recommended.

Had to have a car towed in when it just quit on I35. They diagnosed the issue and got us a quote right away. Unfortunately the quote was just too much money for the value of the car. So we decided to pass. This was a preventable regular maintenance issue with the car.I found the staff to be very professional and went over the details of the services the car needed to get it back on the road, in great detail.Highly recommend this shop!

This business is amazing. The entire process was smooth and efficient. The employee/s (Brian or Ryan;maybe both) were courteous. I thought I needed new brakes but they called to say brakes not needed. I had a wheel that was bent (diff shop “repaired” that in past) and ask if I wanted replaced. I said yes and now my car drive like new!

These guys are great! I had a really tricky bearing problem on my front end 4WD that other shops weren’t finding and these guys took care of it. I tell them about leaks and rattles and they always fix me up. I now have a 20yr old pickup that feels brand new after they redid the suspension. Great to work with and very fast.

Ryan had my serpentine belt changed on my Ram 3500 Diesel. Had it changed before a lot of heavy towing over the fall, winter and spring of 2022. Did a great job!! I love this place and don't trust anyone else with my vehicle. I drove 25 miles out of my way to get my van serviced here when working from home. They always shoot straight with me, explain what is needed, answer my questions, provide an accurate quote up front, and offer advice on how to prevent vehicle issues and save on or avoid the need for repairs down the road. They fixed my exhaust and air conditioning and gave me an estimate for a 100,000 mile maintenance. They split it up and explained the what and why of everything on the list. Had a misfiring cylinder and took it in. They told me that they'd get to it the next day and gave me a free loaner car in the meantime! Very honest and helpful. Gave me a detail print out of everything that needed work on my very high mile buick LaCrosse. Then gave me his opinion on what needed done soon, what I could wait, and since the car has high miles anyways what I might not be worth fixing. He also gave me recommendations on the most economical way to have some of the repairs done and even suggested a few other shops in the area to address some of the issues in an effort to help save me some money. Highly recommend them. Also allowed me to drop my car off after business hours and let me use a loaner till the next afternoon so that I wouldn't have to take off work early for him to look at it.

My 90 year old mother brought her car to this location for sevice on a window and air conditioning. She was told by Pete the manager it could be 1 1/2 hours or so which she said was fine as she brought a book. Less than 40 minutes later he comes back with a bill of almost $400, $250 of which was labor!!! No estimates were given except for the window repair of $100 that was given over the phone. I called Pete today after hearing from my mom who was very upset. He was defensive and kept saying "what do you want me to do"? Insisting that he'd given my mom an estimate and she was in a hurry, not true on both counts. Senior citizens, beware. BTW, the AC only required charging for which she paid $80 per liter. $254.00 LABOR, GIVE ME A BREAK!Update: After filing several complaints with Yelp, Google, AAA and the BBB. This issue is still unresolved. Chris who represented himself as the owner is accually the manager and posted a responce on Google where they have over "600 5 star reviews", imagine that!! He listed a phone # which was just another # for the shop and Pete answered, of course Chris was not in. To say this place is "shady" is an understatement.In responce to Chris: She had an appointment and was told it would possibly be 1 1/2 hours, she brought a book. She was charged $254.00 for less than 40 minutes labor. You have no defence.

He is a wealth of information so when I stopped in for my oil change, I asked his opinion on rims and tires because I'd been running my stocks and needed to upgrade before winter. The next day, I found what I thought was a great deal, so I called Pete to make sure I was making the right decision. He took a look at the pics and told me that the deal was too good to pass. Since I only have my jeep, he offered to help me get the new set after work (last night). Pete is so helpful and kind. He was able to get me in same day, and have my car fixed in an hour and a half. I had my splash guard fixed and both of my headlights replaced for under 55 dollars. You cannot beat that, especially considering I was quoted over 200 dollars at another shop for headlights alone! Great service, great people and great prices. This business was absolutely fantastic. Pete Brown in the front was incredibly welcoming and lovely to talk to. I got in and out in less than 30 minutes all at a reasonable cost. The best part though is how up front they were about my car. I've had other auto places try to scam me for repairs that my car didn't need at an inflated cost. This center, however, didn't try any of that scummy behavior which I really appreciated. I'll be coming back here for all of my auto care needs in the future.

In how the world is today, it is great to still have businesses that is trustworthy! You can tell them what you think is wrong which they listen but they also go the extra step in doing their own diagnostic testing to ensure there aren’t any other issues going on which I can appreciate. They will call you before any repairs are made and discuss what the cost will be and any additional things they found wrong. It’s a family run business which I can appreciate. Pete is who you will talk to. He is very friendly and honest. First time customer they give you a discount which I wasn’t aware of until it was time for me to pay. Their price point is very reasonable. Quick about getting your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. Will continue to use them for all of our car repairs because of their honesty and prices. Awesome team at this location. I brought my truck in for a brake inspection and to have a different exhaust installed and received really great service. They called me and informed me that my brake pads had about 40% life left and it was unnecessary to replace them now. I definitely appreciated the honesty as well as explanations of how the parts wear and when I should be concerned. Also brought my girlfriend's SUV to them to do the engine belts, which they also did a great job on and charged considerably less than the dealer and with better service.They take the time to make sure you understand the work being done and actually explain how things work and why something is happening. I dropped my truck off at 9 AM and they had it inspected, exhaust installed, and gave me a call letting me know everything in about 2 hours. Will definitely be going back for any and all vehicle maintenance.

Came to the having transmission issues, they checked it out and found another issue, they were honest and up front with me even talked to me about the estimated cost, gave them the green light to fix what needed to be fixed and got it done with in the same week. They were very professional, friendly, honest. Also had them do the oil change while it was there. My experience with them was excellent, this place will be my go to for my truck they took care of my and my truck and I couldn't ask for anything better.

I have used the West Des Moines shop for 20 years for all my cars’ needs. They are the best! Today I was concerned about a noise I was hearing. Ken told me to come right over, then Chris went with me for a drive to listen and troubleshoot. Chris then took my car in the shop, checked it over, and did a minor adjustment. Chris did this all for no charge! I am very grateful! They are friendly, honest, and trustworthy!

I had the best experience at this car service shop that I have ever had! Chris helped me not only understand what was wrong with my car’s windshield wiper but explained, and physically showed me, in a way that I was totally able to understand. Then, because I’m a newer car owner, I asked him for some advice on maintenance and he kindly and knowledgeably answered all my questions. If you’re looking for a service center with a kind and welcoming and knowledgeable staff this is definitely the place to go!

Hello,Had my vehicle check buy them charged me $100 To see what is going on, however the give me the estimate for almost $700 with just one heat pump and that heat pump is actually working perfectly fine and it is just plugged in with two clips only I was able to pull that out and check it manually I am not sure that I have they said that this is the issue on my vehicle. Anyway the parts that they are buying is from NAPA and he give me the price for that Part $264 where I was able to find that exact item from Mercedes for $49.98 from amazon.com so once he called me he said “part is here” and I brought up the part price with him I told him like this just does not sound fair he was just trying to take me off from the phone I was saying like we cannot really guarantee anything that has been purchased from anyone else even that I tried to explain to him that it was originally coming from Mercedes-Benz with the seals on means a brand new item how is that working but he just try to give up the conversation.I do not recommend this place for anyone neither I would go there again.Thank you,

This is the only shop I like coming to for repairs. Friendly and welcoming and no BS. Came in this week and got simple tire repair, oil change, and some diagnostics done. My engine sounded perfectly fine leading up to the visit. A day later check engine light comes on and vehicle sounds a little off so I figured I’ll give them a call. $130 dollars to check what’s going on when I was just there and my car sounded great before the visit. Will continue to go here cause it’s been a better experience than anywhere else I have gone but that’s just ridiculous…

Coming from out of town my husband noticed something hanging from my car. He recommended Pete. I called and they were able to fit me in the next day. I came in and received nothing but kindness. I was overdue for an oil change and they were able to get me an appointment immediately. Pete, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable without sacrificing quality. My wife was also due for an oil change and after being told by two other shops that they could not service her car, Pete got her in right away. We were in town visiting our family and our AC stopped working. We visited another auto repair location and they said they could recharge it but it probably wouldn't do anything because it wasn't broken. I wasn't satisfied with that answer because I am not imaging the fact that the AC doesn't work when you turn it on. I called All Pro because they had great reviews and I spoke to Pete. He was very polite on the phone and said I could drop it off with him and he could have it looked at the same day. His team expelled, filtered and refilled the system and it worked perfect as the system was very low on refrigerant. Anyway, we will be heading back to Colorado with working AC thanks to these guys!. This auto shop is the best!

I had a critical issue with my vehicle after just having it serviced at a dealership and needed to have someone locally take a look and hopefully resolve the problem immediately. All Pro did just that! I called and was told to come over immediately and they would check out the problem. Vehicle breakdowns are stressful but my experience with Tyler at All Pro Servicenter wasn't stressful at all. My van was towed in on Sunday evening, by noon Monday I had the diagnosis and estimate. It wasn't an easy fix but the shop had me back on the road by the end of the day! I definitely recommend going to All Pro Servicenter the next time your vehicle needs something done!

I've reviewed this location in the past but had to add to their greatness! Tyler, at this location, is one of the best, most honest mechanics I've ever worked with. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and had diagnosed my own check engine light. When I called to schedule an appointment he quoted me a price, got me scheduled for the next day, picked up the vehicle from my work, performed all of the service, and returned it to my work before end of day. I had left cash in an envelope with a coupon I'd gotten in the mail and when I got in my vehicle he had left the exact change in the envelope and upon looking at my invoice, it was actually cheaper than my phone quote because of the coupon. Also, i wasn't chatted a diagnosis fee because i just told him what I wanted done. Actually, being charged less than a quote in today's world and not having extra charges included?!?!? I was hesitant to leave a large sum of money unattended in my vehicle, but I knew Tyler to be a trustworthy person, and he absolutely was. I now live further from this location, but I continue to go there because of Tyler. He's a genuine, straight talking, compassionate person who has always taken excellent care of me and has earned my business for as long as I'm in this area! Highly recommended.

All Pro is amazing! Last month my daughter was traveling from Denver to Chicago, when her car died in Des Moines. She called AAA for a tow truck, and after a quick Google search she decided to have her car towed to All Pro due to their proximity and positive reviews online. My daughter arrived at All Pro just as they were about to close for the night. One of the employees, Tyler, was not only kind enough to stay late to quickly inspect the car, but he then also drove my daughter to a nearby hotel so that she would not be stranded alone in the middle of nowhere. (He said that he has children and would want someone to help them in the same way.) The next day Tyler continued to inspect the car, provided options, and made sure the car was in shape to be transported to the car dealer where we learned that the problem was covered under the manufacturer warranty. All Pro is a fabulous auto shop with exemplary employees who care!

I’ve been going to All Pro for a few years, and I feel ever since James left the business has gone down hill. I feel when things were ran more thoroughly and he cared about the customer. Now I feel they see me as a dollar sign. came in a month and a half ago to get a routine oil change. Of course they check for other things, and told me I need new rear brake pads and back tires. I went elsewhere for the back tires because it was too expensive through them. Came in to have rear brake pads placed and an alignment because I have all new tires. Now when I drive it my car shakes when accelerating and there’s a grinding sound when I drive. I felt all this would have been addressed when I was there. I’ve never had this many issues with my vehicle until I got my oil change.

The customer service was very good and those guys were very kind to me. My issue is that I brought my car into the shop to get serviced because there’s a consistent squeak every time I hit the brakes and every time I hit the gas pedal. I got a call saying the guys had taken the car for a drive and didn’t hear either of the squeaks I called about & there was nothing they can do. I picked up my car & as I was leaving the shop I accelerated, heard the squeak, hit the break, heard the squeak. Frustrating on my end because I paid for no resolution.

Very helpful and fast. I’ve been to this place a few times for oil changes and tire rotations and the service is always great! I unfortunately was a bit late to my appointment (completely my fault) and they still managed to make time for me despite having a busy packed schedule, even obtaining a certain part they needed from another store in order to finish the job efficiently and fast. I would definitely say that is going above and beyond. All Pro Service center has been my go-to and the workers there are always respectful and friendly. I really appreciate it!

All Pro has again been there for our family and all of our car needs. Patrick pays attention to details and suggested fixes that we hadn’t even considered. He is quick to notice if it looks like the air pressure in my tires is low even with the car that I didn’t bring in for service. He even polished my son’s headlights since they were just really dull and didn’t charge anything for that extra added service. The Nigon family has owned the All Pros for over 30 years and have always gone above and beyond for those they serve. Grateful to know them and I value their honesty and integrity.

The last two visits have been horrible. I am a long time customer and was lied to and sold new tires when the current tires had only 10,000 miles of wear. The location is constantly upselling service and parts that are not required. Very disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had the standard lube, oil & filter change. I waited while my vehicle was serviced. The work was completed in a very timely manner. Personable staff. Mechanic needs to wipe off the excess oil after completing the oil change. I had a sizeable oil spill on my garage floor the day after the servicing; I don't appreciate that. It appears that everything is sealed appropriately as I haven't had any additional oil spillage for the last few days. I suggest you go the extra mile to wipe off the excess oil so the spillage doesn't occur. I don't like it on my clean garage floor.

I was suggested this shop by my sister. After a window malfunction, I took my car in for a repair and oil change. I was beyond impressed! As a woman who is not super familiar with cars, I'm always worried that someone might take advantage of me. Had a problem where someone broke into my car and tried to steal it. James at All-Pro was amazing, coordinating the tow after the attempt left my car a brick, getting the parts that had to be ordered out, finding the problem with one of the door locks, and getting it replaced. My car kept throwing curveballs, and they handled all the weirdness with aplomb and grace. Good prices, excellent service, and great work.

They really helped me out in a pinch. It was the holidays and I had been to three different places to try and put air in my tires, but all three were broken! All Pro filled up all my tires for me, after the 3 broken ones actually let air OUT of my tires vs pumping them up. They sent me on my way without a charge and I was very grateful. I would highly recommend this business! They were able to fit me in for a pre-purchase inspection and James was wonderful to work with. My car had a bad battery and after several attempts to jump it, the battery started to boil over. I could not get the car to All Pro so I called them. Within 30 minutes a tow truck was here and took my car in. All Pro replaced the battery, performed a total diagnosis to make sure my car was in top notch shape, and they connected my phone. I was able to pick up my car in 3 hours. Love this place. I found out about them on our community web page where they were recommended.

From the moment I spoke to All Pro on the phone, the customer service was top notch. Very friendly and inviting demeanor, and clearly ready and willing to help me. My daughter was visiting from North Dakota and had some issues with her car. My husband chose All Pro Servicecenter because it was close to our house. I will admit that I was hesitant as I have had some negative experiences with car repair shops who lacked integrity.When we took the car in, James Potter greeted us and immediately put my mind at ease. He was genuine and transparent with what they would do, what they would only do with permission, and the anticipated costs for the initial repairs we knew we needed. He not only called when they started the repairs, he kept in contact with us and thoroughly explained everything that was being done with an optional repair for my daughter to choose if she wanted it done at this time, and assured her that the repair was not an immediate issue and she could make the drive back to North Dakota with confidence.When we went to pick up the car, he explained in detail the repair that was still needed so that when she is ready and financially able to make the repair, she can explain to her local repair shop what exactly is needed - James also wrote down on the receipt the repair that was needed.I was EXTREMELY impressed with the service, the communication and left with a complete feeling of trust. Never going back here. Dropped my truck off on Wednesday, was told I would be first in the bays on Thursday. Had the truck all day and I had to call for an update. They hadn't even gotten my truck in a bay yet. Was told that the truck before me was giving them problems. Wait. How can I be first in if there is already someone in front of me. Also, was told that they wouldn't have it done on the day they promised. Didn't even get an apology.I would like to add to my review. They told me that my tie rods needed to be replaced. I went to two other AAA mechanics, and they both said that my tie rods were fine, but my idler arm needed to be replaced. Shady!

I had a minor issue related to previous service. While the issue is legit, it's not a deal breaker by itself. How I was addressed, with a presumption of guilt, was a deal breaker. Surprised, I sought clarification, kinda like "is this your final answer?" ...... I feel badly for having recommend this place both personally and virtually. We spent $2000 on repairs just for the car to die again TWICE after taking it here. Two different car shops said this shop did a bad job on it, and yet when we took it back to this shop, they said they couldn’t fix anything about it since it was starting for them (then it died again after and we had to take it somewhere else that DID fix it). Brought in our van with a radiator that wouldn't hold coolant, which first diagnosis was correct lead to replacing of radiator and all other coolant system components were checked. About a week later, we developed an issue where van was getting higher than it should and we took it back to All Pro to have it evaluated. After thorough testing, they determined it was simply an air pocket in the coolant and nothing else going on. Really appreciate the dedication to quality, and we'll gladly be returning to this AllPro location in the future.

Thank you to Justin and his team for fixing my van. My van randomly begun to sputter - I started calling around to get this fixed. No one had immediate availability. I reached out to All Pro Servicenter through their website and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Justin confirmed our appointment.I dropped off my van in the afternoon and got it fixed the same day. Justin and his team diagnosed the issue and fixed it in just a few hours. Cost of repair was not bad at all! I was in and out. I've had no issues with my van since seeing them. I went in for an oil change and never had a problem with anything on my car - get it back and I'm out of power steering fluid and whines when I turn my steering wheel - never did this before until after my oil change. Put the fluids in and again it's out of power steering fluid... Somebody pinched or accidently done this to my car - and I can't afford to fix it - I'm not a happy camper with this at all.

I had an oil leak so took it in for a diagnosis. Turns out it was a bad oil filter o ring. Just had GM dealer change the oil and did they did not change the o ring on the filter. It was not a new oil ring falure. All Pro cleaned the underside to find the leak, took it for two test drives to be sure they had the correct leak and that it was fixed. Over an hour spent working on this and charged $80.They were through, made sure the leak was fixed and more than reasonable price for the time they spent.Repeat business assured.I'll present this bill to the GM dealer. I'll give an answer to his why didn't you bring it back to us? Would you trust a shop that can't properly do an oil change on a car they specialize in?Thanks All Pro.

I went in for a check up on all the fluids in the tires and the undercarriage to make sure that it was as safe as they could make it be because I was taking a trip and they did a great job and I was safe and made it home safely. Joe is always pleasant and he listens to what I want and he verifies that we understand each other and I really appreciate that.

This review is for Women and those who care about the Women in their lives.I am always hesitant to take my car into a new shop due to the stigma that shops take advantage of women if they don't know much about cars, and I don't know much about cars, that's for sure. I was referred here by another shop nearby and took a chance.Joe and Chris were top-notch customer service providers who made me feel comfortable and took their time to educate me on the issues and fixes.The prices they quoted me were exactly what I paid.They both went above and beyond to fix my car fast and explain everything to me.They assured me my vehicle was in good hands. They are a family business that treats their employees and customers very well.All in all I had my diagnostics & all the recommended work done within 24 hours of calling for an appointment. Joe was super nice, quick oil change and I bought all new wipers. One of the wipers they didn’t have in stock, but it was delivered before my oil change was completed and he set my reminder before 5,000 miles, so I won’t forget and be over! Friendly, fast service, opportunity to schedule appointment online, call to confirm the next day! I’ll definitely be back!!

My car broke down unexpectedly. All or said they were booked solid for a few days but would try to work it in. They got it in later that day and was finished in good time.They were very kind & courteous. Jeff took me back home and picked me up when the car was done. I trust all of my auto work to be done by All Pro.

They did a really good job. The only thing I would have had them do but I didn't really think about. It was replace both heater hoses. All the other hoses were replaced with the new water pump and serpentine belt. Very happy with the work. I would definitely go back.

This was the worst service I've received in my life.Maid repairs on my car did not repair it correctly resulted in overheating with my child in the backseat on the interstate and he would not correct it or fix it instead cuss at me yelled at me put me down and told me he'd see me in court do not take your vehicles to this band I don't think he has licensed certified mechanics working for him

Excellent customer service. Told me they would have my part in the next day to put on my car and it showed up before it was supposed to. The receptionist at the front desk was super nice plus she seemed to also know what she was doing around the garage. And the mechanic was really nice and very detailed and explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and what needed to be done as he did the job extremely fast and efficiently. If you ever need a shock done on your vehicle or anything else for that matter I recommend this place 100%

I had them look over a car I just bought to check and schedule alignment. Turns out alignment not need but there will be other things needed. Appreciated honest of crew,willingness to get it in for check, and overall friendly RSS. I will be consulting them again. Added perk, they are close to my residence.

These guys went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations they took care of my daughters and my grandchildren when they broke down on the road in horrible weather, and I am so grateful and thankful for their great service. I took my van in to get it aligned it had all new front end put on by a friend. I didn't think it was aligned right and they were happy to take another look at it. It seems to be fine and the didn't charge to check the work even though they were really busy they still got me in! The gal up front is really nice and friendly! So I changed my 2 star to 5 stars! Thanks All pro!

Thought it was good but later found out different. Sealed and bored holes in headlight to let water out but later found out bored holes in top. Worse now than before. Water does not run uphill. Problem with circuit board still not solved. Customer service was great.

We were at the Junior High National Finals and started having trouble with our truck. It ended up being the battery, alternator, and the something else. The staff took him back to our camper and it was fixed in a day. Thanks I would recommend them!!

A disaster, took way to long to fix ,didn't mention their loaner car untill I spent 1600.00 on a rental. Charged 9700 for 6000 worth of work ,used faulty parts an the technician broke multiple different components that resulted in 7000.00 more work ,so, 16,700.00 plus the 8000.00 I lost in work to do an initial 6000.00 job would never recommend them

NOT A GOOD PLACE. THEY TOLD ME MY CAR IS LEAKING BUT IT'S NOT & GAVE ME A PUNCH OF THINGS TO DO TO MY CAR THAT WILL COST $$$3,000.00!!!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO MY CAR!!! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMEND THIS PLCE NO NO NO THEY ARE NOT HONEST.

They are amazing!! They will not only pick up your vehicle. They will look it over itemize what services you need then they prioritize what you vehicle is needing completed. Then they actually work with you on pricing Toni and the gentlemen at All Pro are Truely a one of a kind find!!! Oh did I forget to mention the high quality if work they also do.
