Chris was subbing for Ryan, the manager, this week. On Monday afternoon I took our 2009 Focus in because of noise in the front. Chris said I could leave the vehicle with them, and the next day it would be checked. He seemed to know what the problem was, tested, and found out he was correct. An exact estimate was given, the part would not be available until the next day, and by noon, the car was finished, with no noise. They are the best!

I had a tire with a slow leak. Dropped off the tire with no appointment and I saw he had a full garage. Didn't matter...in less than two hours he called me back. The tire was fixed and the cost reasonable. I'll go back for my automotive needs.

Tyler, Brandon, and the whole crew are lifesavers! We were in town for the week to vend at the Goodguys Rod & Custom show. While traveling up from Arkansas, our Ram pickup started missing. I called them on Wednesday and Tyler said to bring it in. After loading and parking our trailer at the venue on Thursday, I brought my truck to them that afternoon. They fit us in, diagnosed and fixed the problem, all in about 3 hours. Tyler showed me exactly was was causing the miss and charged me a fair price. Because we still had about 10 days left on the road, a big load was lifted off my mind! These guys are great!

Excellent shop. Prompt service, no pushing of unnecessary work, and reasonably priced. I brought in my car for 100k mile service and they did everything and found a few other fixes that needed to be done (that I was aware of) all in about 3 days. Very happy with the outcome and they were a million times better than the dealership. If you're dealing with a difficult dealership for your service, these guys are better and can do nearly all the same stuff. Highly recommended.

I've been here twice. Once for brakes, this time for AC repair. Both times they have been excellent! They call before starting the work, so you know what the cost will be in advance. Then they get it fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had to have a car towed in when it just quit on I35. They diagnosed the issue and got us a quote right away. Unfortunately the quote was just too much money for the value of the car. So we decided to pass. This was a preventable regular maintenance issue with the car.I found the staff to be very professional and went over the details of the services the car needed to get it back on the road, in great detail.Highly recommend this shop!

This business is amazing. The entire process was smooth and efficient. The employee/s (Brian or Ryan;maybe both) were courteous. I thought I needed new brakes but they called to say brakes not needed. I had a wheel that was bent (diff shop “repaired” that in past) and ask if I wanted replaced. I said yes and now my car drive like new!

These guys are great! I had a really tricky bearing problem on my front end 4WD that other shops weren’t finding and these guys took care of it. I tell them about leaks and rattles and they always fix me up. I now have a 20yr old pickup that feels brand new after they redid the suspension. Great to work with and very fast.

Ryan had my serpentine belt changed on my Ram 3500 Diesel. Had it changed before a lot of heavy towing over the fall, winter and spring of 2022. Did a great job!! Need to talk to Ryan about new LT, E rated tires when we return in April. Glad We found All Pro. A little late with this post as the work was done last September.

I love this place and don't trust anyone else with my vehicle. I drove 25 miles out of my way to get my van serviced here when working from home. They always shoot straight with me, explain what is needed, answer my questions, provide an accurate quote up front, and offer advice on how to prevent vehicle issues and save on or avoid the need for repairs down the road. They fixed my exhaust and air conditioning and gave me an estimate for a 100,000 mile maintenance. They split it up and explained the what and why of everything on the list. All Pro also kept me informed the whole time my vehicles stay. Car troubles are stressfully so its nice to have confidence in people who are looking after your car.

I was having a weird tail light issue that was quickly getting worse and stopped in. Had a misfiring cylinder and took it in. They told me that they'd get to it the next day and gave me a free loaner car in the meantime! They called me about an hour and a half later and said that they had found the problem early and that they were able to fix it for me quick and easy Pete and mechanics were great!

Very honest and helpful. Gave me a detail print out of everything that needed work on my very high mile buick LaCrosse. Then gave me his opinion on what needed done soon, what I could wait, and since the car has high miles anyways what I might not be worth fixing. He also gave me recommendations on the most economical way to have some of the repairs done and even suggested a few other shops in the area to address some of the issues in an effort to help save me some money. Highly recommend them. Also allowed me to drop my car off after business hours and let me use a loaner till the next afternoon so that I wouldn't have to take off work early for him to look at it.

My 90 year old mother brought her car to this location for sevice on a window and air conditioning. She was told by Pete the manager it could be 1 1/2 hours or so which she said was fine as she brought a book. Less than 40 minutes later he comes back with a bill of almost $400, $250 of which was labor!!! No estimates were given except for the window repair of $100 that was given over the phone. I called Pete today after hearing from my mom who was very upset. He was defensive and kept saying "what do you want me to do"? Insisting that he'd given my mom an estimate and she was in a hurry, not true on both counts. Senior citizens, beware. BTW, the AC only required charging for which she paid $80 per liter. $254.00 LABOR, GIVE ME A BREAK!Update: After filing several complaints with Yelp, Google, AAA and the BBB. This issue is still unresolved. Chris who represented himself as the owner is accually the manager and posted a responce on Google where they have over "600 5 star reviews", imagine that!! He listed a phone # which was just another # for the shop and Pete answered, of course Chris was not in. To say this place is "shady" is an understatement.In responce to Chris: She had an appointment and was told it would possibly be 1 1/2 hours, she brought a book. She was charged $254.00 for less than 40 minutes labor. You have no defence.

Recently had a few things done on both of our cars. Pete was the best! As a woman you always feel like mechanics are going to take advantage of you. That is not the case at All Pro! I had quite a few things wrong with my car. They fixed everything in one day! On top of that Pete was willing to stay late for me to pick up my car after they closed! The price was absolutely fair! No one likes car maintenance, but Pete and his team make it a pleasant experience. I'm a jeeper and I love that Pete is too. He is a wealth of information so when I stopped in for my oil change, I asked his opinion on rims and tires because I'd been running my stocks and needed to upgrade before winter. The next day, I found what I thought was a great deal, so I called Pete to make sure I was making the right decision. He took a look at the pics and told me that the deal was too good to pass. Since I only have my jeep, he offered to help me get the new set after work (last night). Pete is so helpful and kind. He was able to get me in same day, and have my car fixed in an hour and a half. I had my splash guard fixed and both of my headlights replaced for under 55 dollars. You cannot beat that, especially considering I was quoted over 200 dollars at another shop for headlights alone! Great service, great people and great prices. I highly recommend All Pro for any issues you may face with your car.

This business was absolutely fantastic. Pete Brown in the front was incredibly welcoming and lovely to talk to. I got in and out in less than 30 minutes all at a reasonable cost. The best part though is how up front they were about my car. I've had other auto places try to scam me for repairs that my car didn't need at an inflated cost. This center, however, didn't try any of that scummy behavior which I really appreciated. I'll be coming back here for all of my auto care needs in the future.

In how the world is today, it is great to still have businesses that is trustworthy! You can tell them what you think is wrong which they listen but they also go the extra step in doing their own diagnostic testing to ensure there aren’t any other issues going on which I can appreciate. They will call you before any repairs are made and discuss what the cost will be and any additional things they found wrong. It’s a family run business which I can appreciate. Pete is who you will talk to. He is very friendly and honest. First time customer they give you a discount which I wasn’t aware of until it was time for me to pay. Their price point is very reasonable. Quick about getting your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. Will continue to use them for all of our car repairs because of their honesty and prices. As a woman I have been to other places where they have tried to price gauge because me being a woman, and they talked to me like I had no clue in the world about vehicles. But here they appreciate your business and treated me with respect! If you want a fair priced vehicle repair and a business who is honest I would go to ALL PRO SERVICE CENTER!

Awesome team at this location. I brought my truck in for a brake inspection and to have a different exhaust installed and received really great service. They called me and informed me that my brake pads had about 40% life left and it was unnecessary to replace them now. I definitely appreciated the honesty as well as explanations of how the parts wear and when I should be concerned. Also brought my girlfriend's SUV to them to do the engine belts, which they also did a great job on and charged considerably less than the dealer and with better service.They take the time to make sure you understand the work being done and actually explain how things work and why something is happening. I dropped my truck off at 9 AM and they had it inspected, exhaust installed, and gave me a call letting me know everything in about 2 hours. Will definitely be going back for any and all vehicle maintenance.

Came to the having transmission issues, they checked it out and found another issue, they were honest and up front with me even talked to me about the estimated cost, gave them the green light to fix what needed to be fixed and got it done with in the same week. I have used the West Des Moines shop for 20 years for all my cars’ needs. They are the best! Today I was concerned about a noise I was hearing. Ken told me to come right over, then Chris went with me for a drive to listen and troubleshoot. Chris then took my car in the shop, checked it over, and did a minor adjustment. Chris did this all for no charge! I am very grateful! They are friendly, honest, and trustworthy!

I had the best experience at this car service shop that I have ever had! Chris helped me not only understand what was wrong with my car’s windshield wiper but explained, and physically showed me, in a way that I was totally able to understand. Then, because I’m a newer car owner, I asked him for some advice on maintenance and he kindly and knowledgeably answered all my questions. If you’re looking for a service center with a kind and welcoming and knowledgeable staff this is definitely the place to go!

Hello,Had my vehicle check buy them charged me $100 To see what is going on, however the give me the estimate for almost $700 with just one heat pump and that heat pump is actually working perfectly fine and it is just plugged in with two clips only I was able to pull that out and check it manually I am not sure that I have they said that this is the issue on my vehicle. Anyway the parts that they are buying is from NAPA and he give me the price for that Part $264 where I was able to find that exact item from Mercedes for $49.98 from amazon.com so once he called me he said “part is here” and I brought up the part price with him I told him like this just does not sound fair he was just trying to take me off from the phone I was saying like we cannot really guarantee anything that has been purchased from anyone else even that I tried to explain to him that it was originally coming from Mercedes-Benz with the seals on means a brand new item how is that working but he just try to give up the conversation.I do not recommend this place for anyone neither I would go there again.Thank you,

This is the only shop I like coming to for repairs. Friendly and welcoming and no BS. Came in this week and got simple tire repair, oil change, and some diagnostics done. My engine sounded perfectly fine leading up to the visit. A day later check engine light comes on and vehicle sounds a little off so I figured I’ll give them a call. $130 dollars to check what’s going on when I was just there and my car sounded great before the visit. Will continue to go here cause it’s been a better experience than anywhere else I have gone but that’s just ridiculous…

Coming from out of town my husband noticed something hanging from my car. He recommended Pete. I called and they were able to fit me in the next day. I came in and received nothing but kindness. I was overdue for an oil change and they were able to get me an appointment immediately. Pete, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable without sacrificing quality. My wife was also due for an oil change and after being told by two other shops that they could not service her car, Pete got her in right away. We were in town visiting our family and our AC stopped working. We visited another auto repair location and they said they could recharge it but it probably wouldn't do anything because it wasn't broken. I wasn't satisfied with that answer because I am not imaging the fact that the AC doesn't work when you turn it on. I called All Pro because they had great reviews and I spoke to Pete. He was very polite on the phone and said I could drop it off with him and he could have it looked at the same day. His team expelled, filtered and refilled the system and it worked perfect as the system was very low on refrigerant. Anyway, we will be heading back to Colorado with working AC thanks to these guys!. This auto shop is the best!

I had a critical issue with my vehicle after just having it serviced at a dealership and needed to have someone locally take a look and hopefully resolve the problem immediately. All Pro did just that! I called and was told to come over immediately and they would check out the problem. I've reviewed this location in the past but had to add to their greatness! Tyler, at this location, is one of the best, most honest mechanics I've ever worked with. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and had diagnosed my own check engine light. When I called to schedule an appointment he quoted me a price, got me scheduled for the next day, picked up the vehicle from my work, performed all of the service, and returned it to my work before end of day. I had left cash in an envelope with a coupon I'd gotten in the mail and when I got in my vehicle he had left the exact change in the envelope and upon looking at my invoice, it was actually cheaper than my phone quote because of the coupon. Also, i wasn't chatted a diagnosis fee because i just told him what I wanted done. Actually, being charged less than a quote in today's world and not having extra charges included?!?!? I was hesitant to leave a large sum of money unattended in my vehicle, but I knew Tyler to be a trustworthy person, and he absolutely was. I now live further from this location, but I continue to go there because of Tyler. He's a genuine, straight talking, compassionate person who has always taken excellent care of me and has earned my business for as long as I'm in this area! Highly recommended.

All Pro is amazing! Last month my daughter was traveling from Denver to Chicago, when her car died in Des Moines. She called AAA for a tow truck, and after a quick Google search she decided to have her car towed to All Pro due to their proximity and positive reviews online. My daughter arrived at All Pro just as they were about to close for the night. One of the employees, Tyler, was not only kind enough to stay late to quickly inspect the car, but he then also drove my daughter to a nearby hotel so that she would not be stranded alone in the middle of nowhere. (He said that he has children and would want someone to help them in the same way.) The next day Tyler continued to inspect the car, provided options, and made sure the car was in shape to be transported to the car dealer where we learned that the problem was covered under the manufacturer warranty. All Pro is a fabulous auto shop with exemplary employees who care!

I’ve been going to All Pro for a few years, and I feel ever since James left the business has gone down hill. I feel when things were ran more thoroughly and he cared about the customer. Now I feel they see me as a dollar sign. came in a month and a half ago to get a routine oil change. Of course they check for other things, and told me I need new rear brake pads and back tires. I went elsewhere for the back tires because it was too expensive through them. Came in to have rear brake pads placed and an alignment because I have all new tires. Now when I drive it my car shakes when accelerating and there’s a grinding sound when I drive. I felt all this would have been addressed when I was there. I’ve never had this many issues with my vehicle until I got my oil change.

My issue is that I brought my car into the shop to get serviced because there’s a consistent squeak every time I hit the brakes and every time I hit the gas pedal. I got a call saying the guys had taken the car for a drive and didn’t hear either of the squeaks I called about & there was nothing they can do. I picked up my car & as I was leaving the shop I accelerated, heard the squeak, hit the break, heard the squeak. Frustrating on my end because I paid for no resolution.

Very helpful and fast. I’ve been to this place a few times for oil changes and tire rotations and the service is always great! I unfortunately was a bit late to my appointment (completely my fault) and they still managed to make time for me despite having a busy packed schedule, even obtaining a certain part they needed from another store in order to finish the job efficiently and fast. All Pro has again been there for our family and all of our car needs. Patrick pays attention to details and suggested fixes that we hadn’t even considered. He is quick to notice if it looks like the air pressure in my tires is low even with the car that I didn’t bring in for service. He even polished my son’s headlights since they were just really dull and didn’t charge anything for that extra added service. The Nigon family has owned the All Pros for over 30 years and have always gone above and beyond for those they serve. Grateful to know them and I value their honesty and integrity.

The last two visits have been horrible. I am a long time customer and was lied to and sold new tires when the current tires had only 10,000 miles of wear. The location is constantly upselling service and parts that are not required. Very disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had the standard lube, oil & filter change. I waited while my vehicle was serviced. The work was completed in a very timely manner. Personable staff. Mechanic needs to wipe off the excess oil after completing the oil change. I had a sizeable oil spill on my garage floor the day after the servicing; I don't appreciate that. It appears that everything is sealed appropriately as I haven't had any additional oil spillage for the last few days. I suggest you go the extra mile to wipe off the excess oil so the spillage doesn't occur. I don't like it on my clean garage floor.

Everyone at All Pro is incredibly helpful! James was able to schedule an appointment for the same day when my check engine light came on. He followed up after to make sure I had both the quick fix and the long term fix for my car.

I was suggested this shop by my sister. After a window malfunction, I took my car in for a repair and oil change. I was beyond impressed! As a woman who is not super familiar with cars, I'm always worried that someone might take advantage of me. At All Pro, they took time to answer my questions and never made me feel stupid for asking them. The work was done when they said it would be. James at the desk was great. I have every intention of taking my car back!

Had a problem where someone broke into my car and tried to steal it. James at All-Pro was amazing, coordinating the tow after the attempt left my car a brick, getting the parts that had to be ordered out, finding the problem with one of the door locks, and getting it replaced. My car kept throwing curveballs, and they handled all the weirdness with aplomb and grace. Good prices, excellent service, and great work.

They really helped me out in a pinch. It was the holidays and I had been to three different places to try and put air in my tires, but all three were broken! All Pro filled up all my tires for me, after the 3 broken ones actually let air OUT of my tires vs pumping them up. They sent me on my way without a charge and I was very grateful. I would highly recommend this business! They were able to fit me in for a pre-purchase inspection and James was wonderful to work with. The mechanics did a great job and even took the time to ride along while I test drove the car. I really appreciate all of their help and feel very confident in my purchase thanks to them. Definitely worth it!

James and everyone at All pro Servicecenter are a great auto repair shop! My car was making a very strange noise and they figured it out right away. They fixed my brakes and had to order a part. James made some calls to other locations and found a car I could use till they finished fixing everything. I trust them and I'm so glad I found them!

James could not have made my experience there any better.I had multiple issues with my car and he was able to explain everything that was going on in a very easy to understand way for someone who is not a car person. They got everything taken care of and was able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment before my move back to CO.My car runs good as new and I’m sad that I no longer live out in Des Moines because this has been my favorite mechanic hands down.

My car had a bad battery and after several attempts to jump it, the battery started to boil over. I could not get the car to All Pro so I called them. Within 30 minutes a tow truck was here and took my car in. All Pro replaced the battery, performed a total diagnosis to make sure my car was in top notch shape, and they connected my phone. I was able to pick up my car in 3 hours. Love this place. I found out about them on our community web page where they were recommended.

Excellent service. Service advisor was very knowledgeable and kept in touch during the repair process. I especially like the free transport service - when you bring the car in, they take you back home or wherever you need go. And when your car is ready, they pick you up.

From the moment I spoke to All Pro on the phone, the customer service was top notch. Very friendly and inviting demeanor, and clearly ready and willing to help me. They quickly quoted me a very fair price and by the end of the process, the price matched exactly to the quote. They even gave me a loaner vermicelli when my vehicle could not be finished by the end of the day. I have been going to All Pro in Urbandale for years, and their service still holds up to my expectations to this day. I would recommend All Pro to anyone in need of quick turn around times and fair prices.

My brother in-law was the one who recommended us to All Pro because he has been using them for a few years now.We had the best experience with All Pro and knew that we had found our new place for all things mechanical with our car. The service here was great. They were very quick and professional. I had some concerns about my car specifically, they went out of their way to work with me. They gave me a price before doing any work and didn't recommend any work that I didn't need. I will use their shop when I need service in the future. My daughter was visiting from North Dakota and had some issues with her car. My husband chose All Pro Servicecenter because it was close to our house. I will admit that I was hesitant as I have had some negative experiences with car repair shops who lacked integrity.When we took the car in, James Potter greeted us and immediately put my mind at ease. He was genuine and transparent with what they would do, what they would only do with permission, and the anticipated costs for the initial repairs we knew we needed. He not only called when they started the repairs, he kept in contact with us and thoroughly explained everything that was being done with an optional repair for my daughter to choose if she wanted it done at this time, and assured her that the repair was not an immediate issue and she could make the drive back to North Dakota with confidence.When we went to pick up the car, he explained in detail the repair that was still needed so that when she is ready and financially able to make the repair, she can explain to her local repair shop what exactly is needed - James also wrote down on the receipt the repair that was needed.I was EXTREMELY impressed with the service, the communication and left with a complete feeling of trust. My husband and I will definitely take our cars to All Pro Servicecenter in the future and look forward to the great service given by James Potter and the mechanics there!

First off - these guys are awesome. We sent the car in before shipping it off to our daughter to have them check it over. They got the oil changed and new tires put on the next day. Great Job.Also, there was a good size dent in the bumper that they took out at no charge, just because they could. The Manager James, at the Urbandale location, was phenomenal! After having my car serviced, he went through and informed me of things I would need to do in the future. I live in Indianola and there's no mechanic shops there that caught my eye so I came here on the recommendation of Perry's Auto Service for a diagnostic and repair.Zach and the other guy helped me get my Jeep up and running good again. They even have us a ride to Indianola while we waited for the Jeep.Feels good to drive it knowing I won't get stranded again.

Never going back here. Dropped my truck off on Wednesday, was told I would be first in the bays on Thursday. Had the truck all day and I had to call for an update. They hadn't even gotten my truck in a bay yet. Was told that the truck before me was giving them problems. Wait. How can I be first in if there is already someone in front of me. Also, was told that they wouldn't have it done on the day they promised. Didn't even get an apology.I would like to add to my review. They told me that my tie rods needed to be replaced. I went to two other AAA mechanics, and they both said that my tie rods were fine, but my idler arm needed to be replaced. Shady!

Over all experience was great! Explained everything very well! Fixed the initial issue but unfortunately there is more that needs to be done that they didn't detect when my car was in their shop. I'm not entirely sure to what extent the initial diagnostic was taken but I appreciate them fixing what they did fix.
